- In a large skillet, sauté onions in oil for a few minutes6 green onions chopped, 1/2 cup olive oil
- Add lima beans, artichokes, about half the dill, and season with salt and pepper. Add a little bit of water to keep from going dry.1 lb frozen lima beans, 1 lb frozen artichoke hearts, 3 tbsp fresh dill, salt and pepper
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until tender.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice add the rest of the dill and cook for 3 more minutes.2 tbsp lemon juice

Serve warm or at room temp.
